I fucking love seeing photo transformations and huge changes in physiques.

And that takes a lot of tracking of macros, meals, photos and bodyweights almost daily!

But doing this day-in and day-out can actually stop you from making progress when you're going through stressful times in your life; and I actually don't recommend you do this if it starts to give you anxiety during this time in your life.

Don't worry - this isn't permanent but we need to get back down to the basics to love what we can do - and look after yourself.

This episode is how you can heal and start to enjoy the process, fill your cup before it's time to push hard again with the hard work.
